It is every child’s dream to meet their favourite book’s author. For some, it does not happen, but a few get to see their dream come true right before their very eyes.
On October 13, 2022, Whitefield Global School had the honour of hosting Miss Scharada Dubey, an award-winning author of books for children and adults. Scharada, ma'am, interacted with students in grades 5 and 6 and spoke with them extensively about a variety of topics, including confidence, body positivity, and, of course, writing! The students had a lot to say and ask and thoroughly enjoyed the session with Scharada, ma’am.
This was organized by grade 11 commerce students at WGS as part of the Scholastic Internship Program.
